Dear Friends, Family, Fellow Authors, and Cherished Readers,
Some of you may remember the poem, “The Archer,” and the suite that includes it and two other poems: “Sweet Summertime” and “The Names of Love.” It was published in the South Korean-based online literary magazine Samjoko several years ago.
These poems are close to my heart and reveal much of my soul. In this candid interview with Todd Sullivan of Samjoko Magazine, I reveal the muse behind these three poems and reflect on the relationship which inspired them. This may not be quite the ‘tell-all’ interview some readers may have been wanting, but it nevertheless bares my truth in a way that I have only rarely done, while still maintaining the anonymity and privacy of my muse. Discretion is, as they say, the better part of valor.
